The Anti-Gravity FUNdamentals class was so fun! I admit I was a little nervous but the staff and class instructor were all very nice and welcoming. After my first class, all the tension I carry in my neck, back, and hips completely released. I felt so energized and so much more flexible. It was amazing how much my posture improved after just one class. I will definitely be coming back! |
I've been to both Tammy's FUNdamentals and Fatou's Flying Fitness classes, and couldn't be any happier. Even though I exercise regularly and consider myself to be in good shape, these classes always manage to hit some of the harder to reach muscles (lower abs, back), while also relieving what I thought was constant lower back pain. You'll keep seeing me for a while! :) |
