CRYOTHERAPY
Synergy Sports Massage provides a variety of therapeutic, health, and fitness services to meet the needs of every individual.  While our specialty is providing innovative sports massage geared toward the needs of today's elite, professional, or amateur athlete; we do provide massage for anyone who is looking for a great massage or to recover from surgeries or injuries. Our massage services include sports, deep tissue, active release techniques (ART®), ashiatsu, swedish, pregnancy massage (pre and post natal), and cupping.  Many of our clients are involved in triathlons, swimming and diving, running, cycling, football, baseball, and basketball, hockey, and ice skating.  We are proud to have Cleveland Browns players, Detroit Lions players, World Champion runners, Olympic Team soccer players, Olympic Medalist ice skaters, and more on our client list.

In addition to sports massage, we are have a strong group fitness program and are the 1st AntiGravity® Yoga studio in the midwest!  We currently offer AntiGravity® FUNdumentals, AntiGravity® Flying Fitness, AntiGravity® Restorative, Kid's Yoga, Powerful Yoga Flow, and Prenatal Yoga. 

The newest addition to our service menu is cryotherapy.  We are the 1st facility in Ohio to offer cryotherapy service in a state of the art Cryosauna that allows you to receive a complete whole body cryotherapy treatment in just 2 1/2 minutes!  While cryotherapy has been around for centuries and is very popular in Europe, it is just starting to take off in the US with about 50 Cryosaunas across the country and growing.
