Jill Pawloski, Yoga Instructor, RYT 200
Jill has been practicing yoga for many years and it has become part of her daily life. She started taking yoga with the suggestion of her doctor who she was seeing for anxiety and panic disorder. She had been suffering for years from anxiety and did not believe in taking medication to help her through it. She signed up for my first class and was instantly hooked. The peace that she felt within her after her first practice was indescribable! It healed her. Since the day she stepped foot into her first yoga class she knew that this magnificent thing that she had discovered would be a part of her life forever. It was love at first savasana! Jill has now been anxiety free for over 7 years now thanks to the practice of yoga!
Since yoga had changed her life so much, she wanted to bring that experience into other people's lives as well. She wanted to do yoga everyday, with everyone, for the rest of her life. She became a Certified Yoga Teacher through Prana Yoga and Dance Studio and a Registered Yoga Teacher in November 2011. Jill had the honor of learning from some amazing teachers in the Cleveland area; Kathleen Kossman, Rowan Silverberg, and Holly Clemens. She is also a Certified Herbalist, certified through Parma Hospital Learning Center. Jill teaches Vinyasa style yoga. She works passionately with children, anxiety sufferers, bariatric surgery patients, eating disorder recovery patients, pre-natal, seniors, beginners and intermediates! She believes that yoga IS for everyone if you are willing to open your heart to it! Jill loves her practice, the way it makes her feel, the way it makes others feel, and how it continues to change her life each day!
